Allan Hayton (Athabascan) grew up in Arctic Village, Alaska, on the Venetie Indian Reservation. It was a wonderful place to be a child, a community rich in culture, language and history. Allan's study in theatre began at Haskell Indian Nations University with the Thunderbird Theatre under the direction of Pat Melody. Allan has worked with companies such as Creede Repertory Theatre, Perseverance Theatre, Naa Kahidi Theatre, and the Alaska Theatre of Youth.
